Marching On To Mati

The family goes on road trip once in a while, it is usually fun and most of it chaotic.  The  not so recent trip was in Mati City, Davao Oriental.  It was one of the best family trip ever taken.  Sharing this kinda makes me sad.  It was the best trip and it was the last trip with my brother.   Writing this blog is not easy at all, memories make you smile, and made me sad at the same time because I miss him so much. You made the whole family happy.

This is for you Brick!
A keepsake before we go.

Finally here at Dahican!

Talicud Island, Davao (Philippines)

I usually look forward to a relaxing weekend, no stress just chill.  A talicud weekend is not an easy trip, but it is a place I can say my own little paradise.  The resthouse we stayed in is a private one, no electricity...but I don't really mind.  After all the gadgets drained, we are left with gazing at the stars.

Almost there..

Boiling Lake Agco

This is the path to the boiling Lake Agco, feeling excited to see  and experience it.  It was a long and slippery walk, you can hear us curse everytime we slip.

At this point, you will smell  a very strong " hard-boiled egg" smell.  Like ten thousand of it boiling.  Steam everywhere and they said you can really cook eggs there.

Free mud facial for everyone!

And we all tried our very first Mud Facial and for the Teen, a body mud scrub.

This is just amazing!
